Mais Sertão Mais Vida came up with the idea of boosting tourism in Betânia do Piauí and nearby regions. But not only that, it came up with the intention of generating income for the partners involved and from that contribute even more to a transformed hinterland.

This is how we started the Mais Sertão Mais Vida project, aimed at Community Based Tourism, where the community is the protagonist, providing services in the area of food, being a local driver or working with handicrafts. Our wish is that each visitor is impacted by the beauties of the hinterland, the richness of each conversation, the tastes and flavors of each food.

We believe that the Sertão is being transformed and we want to participate in this mission, taking the creation and beauties of a sertão that many have not yet seen!
